Conditions of Sale:

1st - Proposal of opening of customer's record:

The opening of customer's record is considered as valid after the approval for part of the counsel of Administration.
Customer's record it should be filled properly: the fields must be completed and with the due spacings among the digits, the name, home, place and postal code should be complete as well as the customer's contacts.
After the analysis of the record properly filled with all the informations requested by AlfaElektor, the approval is sent to the customer with the access informations for E-mail.

2nd - Orders:

• For the first 5 orders for customer is effectuated an additional discount of 5%.
• When acquiring orders in the value of €50 we offer a discount of 15%.
• In the superior values to €50 the discount values will be negotiable with the Commercial Department.
  
  In the products in Promotion won't be effectuated any discounts.

• The products that are at the customer's disposition don't possess IVA tax, in that way, to the same is applied the tax of 19%.
  
  AlfaElektor reserves the right to change prices, to include or to exclude
  products without notice.

3rd - Confirmation:

• After the reception of the order request, the same will be confirmed by our Commercial Department to the customer (it can be either for E-mail or by phone).
• The confirmation includes: amounts in stock and is availability, prices, discounts and delivery periods.

4th - Form of Payment:

• Ready payment with against-reimbursement.

5th - Sending

• The orders will be sent by EMS or CTT.
• The loads will be supported by the customers whose values will be applied by the table in effect: up to 2Kg they will be €6.10, values higher will confirm by the table in effect.

6th - Complaints:

• The complaints should be exposed in a period of 15 days to the Commercial Department of AlfaElektor, which will give continuation to the same.

To bear in mind that:

• AlfaElektor doesn't take the responsibility for loss of access codes or its improper concession (in case of loss or misleading owes the customer to communicate right away to AlfaElektor so that it is attributed him a new one and in that case Alfaelektor is able to make the annulment of the previous).
• AlfaElektor doesn't take the responsibility for arrears in the reception and emission of information that it is of technical character or computer science.
• The entreprise doesn't also take the responsibility for arrears of deliveries of the goods on the part of the transporters.
• Nor takes the responsibility for Demage or Misleading of the goods in the act of the transport.
  
  (The transporter EMS takes the responsibility for the arrears, demage
  or misleading of the goods in the act of the transport).
